Smoothie AI is an AI-powered dating coach application that helps users craft engaging responses for dating conversations. Our services include:

  • Chat screenshot analysis and response suggestions
  • Profile-based opener generation
  • Text-based situation analysis
  • Pre-made template phrases
  • Saving and organizing favorite responses

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use Smoothie AI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 15 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Account

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Smoothie AI only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

  • Use the App for harassment, stalking, or intimidation
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to manipulate or deceive others in harmful ways
  • Use generated content for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

6. AI-Generated Content

Smoothie AI uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and responses. You understand and acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
  • You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will be appropriate for all situations
  • You should review and modify suggestions before using them
  • The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or unsuitable responses

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Smoothie AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze that content solely for providing our services.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated suggestions will achieve any particular results
  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMOOTHIE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Damages resulting from your use of AI-generated content
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Any outcomes from conversations using our suggestions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smoothie AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
